If you wish to download a specific commit from Bitbucket this can be done by finding the commit id and replacing the below.
https://bitbucket.org/owner/repository/get/commit.tar.gz
This could e.g. look like this if you wanted to download the commit from owner chrisgaskell, repository umbraco-caches, and commit 96ec74d
https://bitbucket.org/chrisgaskell/umbraco-caches/get/96ec74d.tar.gz
